Episode 13 - The Happy Recap

    Episode 13 - Thursday, October 8, 2009 - 'The Work/Life Show'

This was a really fun and lively show, with excellent discussion and insights from featured guests Chris Ferdinandi of RenegadeHR and Leanne Chase from Career Life Connection.

In addition to Chris and Leanne, excellent contributions were made by a number of callers, (Lance Haun, Sean Conrad, Mark Bennett, and Eric Winegardner to name a few.)

The key themes we hit upon were - Is there really such a thing as Work/Life Balance?  Are there generational differences in just how people view 'work', and what organizations should be considering to better meets the desires of the workforce and remain competitive in the constant battle to find and retain the best talent.

There was so much to discuss, I think we will need to schedule Round 2 of this topic to continue the dialogue.

Thanks for listening, calling, and tweeting about the show!

Also - I tried to grab all the blogs from the guest and callers and 'bundled' them up for an easy subscription in Google Reader, let me know if I forgot anyone!
