HR Happy Hour - Episode 19 - 'Next Gen HR with the Fistful of Talent Gang' - November 12, 2009
This was an interesting, informative, and at times slightly controversial show.
We had certain HR pros described at different times as 'secretaries', 'blue-hairs', and 'Upscale'.
The Twitter backchannel reached all the way to China Gorman from SHRM who then called in to jump in to the fire.
In between that, we had some really good conversations about what the Next Gen HR pro and leader needs to do, how they need to prepare for the future, and how they can make themselves and their companies better.
