This week 'Liquid Leadership' author Brad Szollose joins us, to talk about his book and how changing times and changes in the makeup of the workforce impose a new set of challenges on leaders and organizations.

Do generational differences matter? In society, in politics, in the workplace?

For all the argument, debate, and discussion about the impact of Gen Y and Millennials as 'blocks', there are an equal amount of arguments that claim these generational labels are meaningless, and people need to be valued and managed simply as individuals. Does the greater context of life experience, exposure to technology, and the major societal events actually shape and help define a generation in ways that can be evaluated and leveraged. Can multiple generations survive and thrive in the workplace if these larger and broader trends are not appreciated?

This week on the show, we will be joined by Brad Szollose, author of 'Liquid Leadership: From Woodstock to Wikipedia, Multi-generational Management Ideas That are Changing the Way We Run Things' to talk about these issues.

I know the 'GenY is a silly label' folks will be out in force telling us these kinds of debates are crazy, but I am not so sure.

    Decide for yourselves this week!
