Steve, you forgot Dr J's take-off-from-the-foul-line dunk at the 1976 ABA all star game - gotta rank somewhere! (Showing my age as an old ABA fan!)
That was an amazing, iconic dunk for sure. I was thinking of in-game stuff frankly, when coming up with this list, so all the trick shots, horse game stunts, and dunk contest stuff did not enter my mind.
The one thing I know I should have included though, was Hakeem's Dream Shake. That was a big miss on my part.
