This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, Steve was joined by Mike DiClaudio, Principal, Advisory at KPMG to talk about some of the findings from KPMG's recent 'Future of HR 2019' survey and report.
On the show, Mike talked about some of key findings of the research, particularly in the areas of HR and organizational digital transformation intention and efforts. From Intelligent Automation, from both a business and HR perspective, which has emerged as an increased focus area for the CHRO, to better understanding the disconnect between the CEO and the CHRO as to the value of automation, to the segmentation of employees and groups for the purposes of creating different and personalized experiences in the workplace, the research offers plenty for HR leaders to consider and introduce in their organizations.
