    On the last of a three show series recorded LIVE at the recent HR Tech China Conference in Shanghai, Steve is joined by Stacey Harris of Sierra-Cedar for a conversation about the big themes, trends, and findings from the most recent HR Systems Survey from Sierra-Cedar.

    Proper integration of ERP in HR and Management attitude towards change and its implementation may help the HR manager to bring about positive change.
