    On the show, Cecile shared her perspectives on the modern organization and workplace, the challenge and opportunity for HR professionals to help create truly resonant workplaces, and how new and innovative technologies play a key supporting role in helping drive these transformations. There can be a lot of disillusion and doubt in HR and in workplaces - with an increase in automation and many organizations still operating in a transaction based mindset. Resonance means finding a place where things feel 'right' and where people, and HR, and organizations amplify each other.

    On the show Alan shared how the original idea for InfoSlips was developed (it was from receiving old, paper based paystubs), his thoughts on how to improve the way we communicate with employees via modern technology approaches, and the power of digitizing documents and employer/employee interactions.

    In the US, blind and visually impaired workers see as high as 70% unemployment rates, IBVI, with the support of their people and partners, is showing that not only is it possible to engage these workers with meaningful work, that a successful and proud organization can be the result.
