    Today on the HR Happy Hour Show, Trish and Steve were joined by Emmanuel Vouvakis, CIO, Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired (IBVI), who shared the important work that IBVI is doing to employ blind and seriously visually impaired workers, how their culture has developed to support their workforce, and the importance of having the right technology solutions and partners to help them realize their mission.

    In the US, blind and visually impaired workers see as high as 70% unemployment rates, IBVI, with the support of their people and partners, is showing that not only is it possible to engage these workers with meaningful work, that a successful and proud organization can be the result.
