    and HR and people functions. Sam also shared how HR leaders and organizations have to respond to the new

    In the US, blind and visually impaired workers see as high as 70% unemployment rates, IBVI, with the support of their people and partners, is showing that not only is it possible to engage these workers with meaningful work, that a successful and proud organization can be the result.
