The movie focuses on professional rock climber Alex Honnold, and his quest and attempt to become the first person to free solo climb El Capitan, a 3,000+ foot granite mountain in Yosemite National Park. The movie touches on several important themes that we find in the workplace and in our careers - training and development, the importance of teams and mentors, the need to manage risk vs. consequences when making tough workplace and career decisions.
